A Website Care Plan ensures that your website is monitored to ensure it is functional and optimised. If your website goes down or is not visible, it will cost you time and money

Without aWebsite Care Plan your site could go down and not be visible, costing you time and money.

Website updates include regular content updates such as blog articles being published, additional sections on a page and small design changes.

Please email us at support@marquetcom.au in the first instance. We also install our Website Care Plan plugin on your website for requests to be logged, and reduce emails going back and forth.

If you need more time for website updates, a block of time can be purchased separate from your plan. Alternatively, you will be billed at our additional hourly support rate, discounted for Website Care Plan clients.

Any website development work such as new features or functions will be quoted.

Our Website Care Plans are designed as monthly plans and as such we reserve your place in our queue and plan resources each month. Therefore your time does not roll for our Website Care Plans.

Our Website Care Plans are for one website only, either a domain or sub domain. Please chat to us to discuss your options if you have more than one website.

It is unlikely that your website will be down or hacked, however there is no guarantee even with security measures in place. We will liaise withe hosting company to get your website back up and running as soon as possible, and keep you updated.

You can cancel or change yourWebsite Care Plan at any time. We understand your business needs or finances can change. Send an email to support@marquetcom.au and your plan will be changed prior to your next payment, or will be paused and cancelled.

If you decide to cancel yourWebsite Care Plan, we are not able to continue to offer our premium plugin licenses without charge. Licences for premium plugins from the website will be deactivated. If you would like to keep the premium plugin active on your website, you may purchase your own licence. 

We only offer Website Care Plans for websites hosted with MARQUET Digital. Please check out our Hosting Plans.

We would love to have a chat with you to discuss migrating your site to MARQUET Digital and joining our community. Websites will be required to undergo a health check audit and review prior to being added to aWebsite Care Plan. Book a call to chat with us.

WordPress websites are our speciality so we don’t offer Website Care Plans for other content management systems. You are welcome to book a call to discuss the benefits of a WordPress website.
